Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger lean
- 2 tablespoons onion chopped
- 2 cans tomatoes zesty chile
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can red kidney beans
- chili powder to taste
Instructions
- Brown hamburger, stirring to separate meat. Drain.
- In a large saucepan, add onion, canned tomatoes, Tabasco sauce, chili powder, and salt. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add kidney beans and reheat before serving.
